The Problem

Why distributor margins get eaten by the factory, not the market

Four failure points that quietly cost distributors, agencies, and procurement teams their hardest-earned clients.

The Quality Lottery — the risk distributors carry 01

The Quality Lottery

Split across scattered manufacturers, quality becomes a gamble — one batch flawless, the next arrives with color drift. Disputes then eat weeks and the margin you already quoted.

Silent Margin Erosion — the risk distributors carry 02

Silent Margin Erosion

Landed costs shift without warning. Freight surcharges, tariff reclassification, and exchange rates quietly eat the number you quoted your client — unless the price is locked before you commit.

Compliance & Customs Stops — the risk distributors carry 03

Compliance & Customs Stops

One non-compliant item can hold an entire shipment in customs — with your client’s campaign deadline on the line and no one else to blame.

You Wear Every Miss — the risk distributors carry 04

You Wear Every Miss

When a factory runs late or cuts corners, it’s not the factory’s reputation at stake. It’s yours — with the client who trusts you to deliver, and who won’t care whose fault it was.

White-Glove Program

You Keep the Client. We Keep the Quality.

Your brand rides on each sample, box, and invoice — never ours. We run the sourcing, production, QC, and delivery quietly behind the scenes, so your clients only ever deal with you.

You Handle

The face your clients know and trust.

  • Client relationships & account strategy
  • Quoting and pricing to your clients
  • Brand strategy & creative direction
  • Invoicing and client payment terms
We Handle

The factory, the QC, and the logistics — invisible to your clients.

  • Factory audits & material sourcing
  • Sampling & pre-production QC
  • Production with full inspection & documented evidence
  • Compliance documentation for each destination market
  • Door-to-door logistics & customs clearance
  • After-sales dispute resolution & rework
100% private-label by contract: neutral or your-brand packaging, no supplier paperwork, and no supplier contact with your clients — guaranteed in writing.

Quality inspected per ISO 2859-1 AQL 2.5 with photo/video evidence. Compliance documented to REACH, CPSIA, Prop 65, and FDA. Regulated categories ship with lab reports from SGS or Intertek. Walk through our inspection process.

How It Works

A five-step path to branded delivery

A clear, accountable process — so you know what's happening at each stage and can promise your clients real dates.

01

Connect

Share your catalog and client needs. We sign an NDA and assign your dedicated account manager.

02

Free Samples & Locked Quote

Physical production-line samples with a delivered-cost quote — duties and clearance included, so the landed cost is locked before you commit.

03

Approve the Sample

You confirm the sample under your brand. Production never starts until you say go.

04

Production + QC Evidence

Bulk production with full inspection — documented evidence before your balance payment.

05

Branded Delivery

Delivered door-to-door in neutral or your-brand packaging, shipped to you or straight to your clients.

The differences that decide whether your margin survives the year.

Dimension LeelinePromotion Traditional Overseas Suppliers

Delivery DDP door-to-door, duties & clearance included — landed cost locked EXW/FOB quotes; surprise freight & duty invoices
Compliance Compliance documented for each destination market Documentation varies by factory; customs holds common
After-Sales Dedicated team handles disputes, rework, and replacements Email threads; vendor often unreachable after payment

“With this partner we get real-time QC photos during production and steady, repeatable batch quality we can actually promise to our customers. That consistency has made our quarterly repeat orders grow continuously — it's exactly the kind of stable supply a distributor needs.”

Sarah Mendez — Global Procurement Manager, US Enterprise Group

“Consolidating everything with one accountable partner cut our annual procurement expense by 36% in the first year. The consistency is what stands out: what we approve is what arrives, without fail.”

Omar Al-Farsi — Procurement Director, Gulf Distribution Group — visiting the LeelinePromotion factory in China
Middle East Distributor
“We flew to your factory before our first order and spent two days on the production floor. Your QC team pulled random units and rechecked them right in front of us — no theatrics, just process. That's when we knew our clients would be in safe hands. We've reordered quarter after quarter since, and not one batch has ever come back wrong.”
Omar Al-Farsi Procurement Director, Gulf Distribution Group

Distributor FAQ

Questions Distributors Ask Us

Yes — it’s the standard for all programs. We never contact your clients, never pitch them, and never attach our brand to your orders. Even the samples, packaging, and documents carry only your name — so your clients have no reason to look past you.

Reseller orders start at 100 units per product category. Distributor and Master Partner tiers unlock tiered pricing and blended MOQs across categories — for example, combining bags, drinkware, and pens in one production run so you can quote small client jobs profitably.

We also support pilot orders when you’re testing a new client relationship.

Yes — drop-ship is a core part of our model. Orders ship out of our factory or regional warehouse directly to your client’s address with neutral or your-brand packaging, no supplier branding anywhere in the box or the paperwork.

Kitting, gift wrapping, and multi-address splits are handled for you.

Before you pay the balance, you receive a QC report: photos of the products on the inspection table, close-ups of print registration and stitching, and any defects found — so you approve only what you’ve actually seen.

Regulated categories add batch-level lab reports from SGS, Intertek, or Bureau Veritas. See the full inspection process.

Plan roughly 8–10 weeks door-to-door for a standard order: 4–6 weeks of production after sample approval, plus 2–4 weeks of shipping to most destinations. For time-sensitive client launches, rush production can deliver in 3–4 weeks with air freight.

Every proposal includes a firm delivery date — not a range — so you know exactly what to tell your client.

Yes. We sign NDAs before any design or specification sharing, and our factory agreements include non-compete and confidentiality clauses.

For sensitive programs, production can be split across facilities so no single factory sees the complete product. Your catalog, pricing, and client list never leave our internal team.
