Dye Sublimation
Heat-activated dye transforms from solid to gas and bonds at the molecular level with polyester fibers. Produces edge-to-edge, full-bleed, photo-realistic branding. Zero feel — the image is part of the fabric, not a layer on top. Unlimited colors at no additional cost. The default for polyester and tubular lanyards.

Smooth, soft sheen with excellent dye-sublimation ink absorption. Available in 15mm, 20mm, and 25mm widths with selvage or laser-cut edges. Machine-washable at 40°C with zero color bleed. The most widely used construction for promotional event lanyards.
Woven Jacquard
Woven jacquard construction where your logo and text are physically woven into the fabric — not printed. A dense, flat weave that holds its shape through daily wear and repeated washing. A premium finish for luxury, fashion, and automotive brand programs.
Recycled PET (RPET)
Fabric made from post-consumer plastic bottles, GRS-certified and traceable to source. Available in satin, tubular, and jacquard constructions. A go-to for ESG reporting and carbon-neutral event programs.
